What You'll Learn

• Buttercream Basics: Learn how to make the perfect buttercream for your cupcakes.
• Colouring Techniques: Learn how to use food colouring to create vibrant and beautiful hues for your buttercream. We'll discuss both liquid and gel colourings and how to mix custom colours.
• Piping Skills: Master the art of piping with a variety of tips and techniques. You'll practice creating classic designs such as swirls, rosettes, and stars, as well as more advanced patterns like ruffles if we get a chance.
• Cupcake Design: Explore how to transform ordinary cupcakes into stunning works of art. We'll guide you through decorating themes for different occasions, such as birthdays, holidays and special events.
• Finishing Touches: Elevate your cupcakes with professional looking finishes. We will teach you how to add edible glitter, sprinkles and other decorative elements to make your cupcakes truly stand out. Price may change depending on the cupcake class booked.

  Classes last two hours and all decorating materials are provided, just bring your creativity and a smile!  We come to your location and set up for the class.
